In Memory of Beth, our Donor Coordinator
Wednesday, 1/16/2019
Mothers’ Milk Bank of North Texas is saddened to announce the passing of Beth Weber, a beloved member of our MMBNT family. Beth was a Donor Coordinator who assisted moms through their entire donation journey, from screening to retirement. She lost her battle to cancer in late December.
Beth is remembered as being honest and genuine, always putting others’ needs before her own. Fabby, another one of our Donor Coordinators, recalls that she was always eager to problem solve and ready to help anyone who needed it.
Beth’s positivity was contagious. She came in every morning with a smile and a cheery greeting for her coworkers, which her fellow Donor Coordinators looked forward to every day.
“Beth had a character that was hard to come by,” Ashley, our Donor/Recipient Coordinator, said. “She was just a giving person… she had a beautiful heart.”
One of our favorite staff memories of Beth is from our office Christmas party, which took place just weeks before her passing. We all had a chance to spend time together and celebrate our tight-knit group.
“I am going to miss her so much,” Shaina, our Director of Operations, said. “I wish myself and everyone here had more time with her.”
Beth often commented that she loved working at MMBNT, and we are so grateful to have had her on our team. We will always remember Beth for her courage, positive outlook and caring spirit.
